Terms Of Use

These terms explain how customers can use the EGY3D website and order products or custom fabrication services from us. They are written to make our process clearer, not to remove any rights you may have under applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.

If any part of these terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer right that applies to your order, the mandatory legal right should take priority.

Using The Website

Please use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when placing an order, submitting a custom request, or contacting our team.

Our Content

EGY3D branding, original photos, product presentation, and website content remain our property unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, we will use the price, item details, and delivery information shown at checkout or confirmed directly with you. Custom fabrication prices may change if the final technical requirements change before approval.

Orders are only treated as confirmed after the required payment step is completed and EGY3D accepts the order for processing.

  • You should receive a clear summary of what you are buying, the expected amount, and the next step required from you.
  • For manual payment flows, customers should keep the payment reference or proof until the order is fully verified.
  • If we cannot accept or complete an order, we should explain the reason and the next available option, including refund handling where applicable.

Custom Requests

Custom requests are reviewed manually because pricing, materials, printability, and lead times depend on the actual file, dimensions, finish requirements, and intended use.

Sending a request does not by itself create a confirmed order. We may need more details before confirming price, timeline, or production feasibility.

If your part has strict technical, safety, fit, or certification requirements, tell us before approval so we can review whether the request is suitable for the current service scope.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Return and cancellation handling depends on what was ordered and how far the work has progressed. Ready-made products and made-to-order fabrication cannot always be treated the same way.

For standard non-custom items, EGY3D should handle cancellations, returns, or issues in a way that stays fair to the customer and consistent with any applicable mandatory consumer-protection rules. For custom or personalized work, cancellation options may become more limited once production starts.
